You also can let us know your custom requests, such as pillowcases for your wedding anniversary. Our design team will produce special designs for you.Please choose from our existing designs that you want to customize or send us images of your favorite designs and we can proceed with your order.

Payment Methods

We accept payment through PayPal(we will send you a payment request once the detail is confirmed) or bank transfer. It normally takes about 3 - 5 days to complete your products and about 5 days for air door-to-door delivery.

Shipping

All items are shipped by air door-to-door delivery service. It usually takes a week to arrive.

We ship internationally but please take note that goods may be subject to import VAT and customs duty on the customer end depending on your country

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact us at once if you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way and we can work out the best solution together.

In the case of refunds, they are accepted within a week from receiving your purchase minus the cost of shipping. Items must be returned in the same condition (new, unused, unwashed). We only ask that you cover your cost of shipping the item back to us
